How long does it take products to ship?
We ship all orders within 3-4 business days from the order date. At times, during new product releases or sales, shipment can be delayed by a business day or two.
Does Mizzi Cosmetics accept returns/exchanges?
Our items are hand-crafted and micro-batched. Due to the nature of this beauty product, and for safety reasons, returns are not accepted. We will replace any damaged or defective products and will work with customers to resolve any other issues in an appropriate way. Email email@example.com for assistance.
Can I purchase your products in store?

Our shop, located at 529 Glastonbury Turnpike, Portland, CT, will be closed during the COVID-19 outbreak until further notice. No pick-ups are permitted for safety reasons.
How do I handle my LipLuxe products in cold and/or hot temperatures?
Cold Climates: Allow products to warm to room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
Hot Climates: Allow products to cool to room temperature for at least 24 hours. (You may refrigerate for quicker results.) Never leave products in a hot car or direct sunlight; they will melt.
My product arrived melted. What do I do now?
Due to extreme heat, our products may melt in transit. The integrity of the product has not been compromised. Do not open until it reaches room temperature. If you have opened it, stir with a toothpick, put lid back on, and place in refrigerator for quicker cooling to settle product.
